NHBC Require Third Party Tested and Certified Products

Wessex Building Products is pleased to announce Certification

From January 2013, the NHBC requires Certified Tested Products for GRP Dormer window surrounds and prefabricated chimneys.

Wessex Building Products Dormer Window Surrounds and Quickstack Prefabricated Chimneys Systems have undergone extensive testing over a period of weeks which has been carried out by CERAM Research Ltd. Following which we are pleased to announce that all tested products passed a rigorous testing programme and are now certified to confirm that they meet with the high standards required by the NHBC.

The tests undertaken were extremely thorough and extensive involving wind and accelerated weather conditions being applied to all areas of the product. Coupled with design, manufacture and component assembly assessment through to Site installation procedures.
