Quickstack Mono  Pitch Chimneys

Quickstack Mono Pitch Chimneys are designed to pass through into the roof space and sit on a site constructed landing platform by others. Mono Pitch Chimneys are all manufactured with an inbuilt timber framing which allows for additional bolting to the structure to be achieved (Subject to project engineers requirements). As with all other Quickstack chimneys the Mono Pitch has a complete outer seating plate which further allows the chimney to be fixed to the truss rafter. Due to the mono chimneys framing design the standard format is not suitable for end gable positions.

Quickstack building products design department provides working drawings for approval to each situation.

Quickstack can be supplied simply as a dummy chimney or alternatively for fully working chimneys they can be prepared to accept the site in-situ installation of a class 1 or 2 twin wall flue systems. All chimneys are supplied with fixing instructions and standard roof rafter sealer washer type fixings.  Chimneys are delivered to site ready for brickwork pointing following which installation is quick and easy to complete requiring no special skills.

Quickstack offer two standard capping types Over-sail (OS) or Brick-flush (BF) Caps are manufactured in lightweight glass reinforced concrete (GRC) which both blends with and complements the brick  / stone or render finishes.

Quickstack chimneys can be styled to suit your requirements accommodating varied corbelling details, brick and render combinations, and brick feature banding. To ensure that the perfect match is achieved we will collect bricks from your Site or brick supplier.

Unlike many other chimney suppliers Wessex Building Products manufactures all  GRP component parts in house and have been successfully manufacturing GRP products for over 30 years
