Quickstack Rendready chimneys are available for all mid ridge, end gable and mono pitch situations and are supplied with a high quality render carrier board facing complete with render stop beading ready for site application of render material, installation is quick and easy to complete requiring no special skills. All chimneys are supplied with fixing instructions and a kit of standard roof rafter fixings.
Quickstack Rendready chimneys can be styled to suit your requirements accommodating combinations of brick feature banding and corbelling details.
Quickstack Rendready chimneys are designed to sit directly on top of the roofing felt and fix through into the roof rafter, some additional timber may be required to provide an all round fixing (Subject to the project engineers approval)
Quickstack building products design department provides working drawings for approval to each situation.
Quickstack chimneys can accommodate parapet and party wall conditions.
Quickstack Rendready can be supplied simply as a dummy chimney or alternatively for fully working chimneys they can be prepared to accept the site in-situ installation of class 1 or 2 twin wall flue systems. All chimneys are supplied with fixing instructions and standard roof rafter sealer washer type fixings. Chimneys are delivered to site ready for render application following which installation is quick and easy to complete requiring no special skills.
Quickstack offer 2 capping types Over-sail (OS) or Brick-flush (BF) Caps manufactured in lightweight glass reinforced concrete (GRC) which blends and complements the brick / stone or render finishes.
