The Wessex dovecote tower with concave replica lead roof. Available with a choice of moulded matching dummy or fully working louvers. Optional extras include weathervanes, finials and clock housing. Wessex GRP dovecote towers have been developed to allow individual and architectural tastes to be expressed for both refurbishment and new-build projects.
Wessex dovecote towers are manufactured from lightweight long lasting low maintenance GRP materials and are delivered finished ready to install. Installation of Wessex dovecotes is quick, easy and cost effective.
Maintenance of your Wessex GRP dovecote is not required apart from occasional cleaning to remove any dirt or grubby marks with a damp cloth and household nonabrasive detergent. Wessex Building Products have been manufacturing GRP dovecotes for over 35 years and found that that GRP dovecotes exposed to the elements and natural light for periods in excess of 10 years will not suffer any significant change in the physical properties. Life expectancy in excess of 40 years can be expected.
Installation must be carried out in accordance with the Wessex Building Products installation guide.
