Wessex WBP:10150 Wessex Apex entrance door canopy base unit incorporating pre-fitted treated timber roof truss rafters laminate bonded to form an integral part of the canopy structure ready to receive on Site batten and roof tiling installation. The canopy fascia and soffit are manufactured with wood-grain effect and simulated tongue and groove detailing. This canopy base unit includes a feature T-Bar infill frame and is supplied complete with two separate type ( WBP:19112 ) plaswood gallows brackets. The entrance door canopy is a simple but surprisingly effective feature on any home, which can totally transform the front elevation of the building. Wessex entrance door canopies have been developed to allow individual and architectural tastes to be expressed for both refurbishment and new-build projects. Manufactured from lightweight long lasting low maintenance GRP materials. The canopy truss rafter base unit is delivered ready to install, installation is quick and easy following the Wessex installation guide. Maintenance of your Wessex entrance door canopy base fascia and soffit is not required, apart from periodic cleaning to remove any dirt or grubby marks with a damp cloth and household non abrasive detergent. Wessex Building Products have been manufacturing entrance door canopies for over 35 years and found that GRP canopies installed and exposed to the elements and natural light for periods in excess of 10 years, will not sufferer any significant change in the physical properties of the canopy. Life expectancy beyond 40 years can be expected. Installation of the Wessex GRP entrance door canopy must be carried out in accordance with the Wessex Building Products installation guide. Please note: Roof felt, tile batten and roof tiles are not supplied with this canopy.
